The Challenge

The Plan We built a short fruit tea menu with mango, strawberry, lychee and passion fruit-style choices. Tapioca was available, but popping boba and jellies were placed as the main toppings because they worked better for quick outdoor service. The Delivery The station was set up before the main guest period, with menu choices displayed clearly so people could decide before reaching the counter. Staff kept the service flow moving and avoided overloading guests with too many flavour combinations. The Result The drinks station became a natural stop-off point during the event. Families, students and younger guests used it as a social spot, while the organiser avoided the usual rush of people asking for bottles, cups and ice. The Challenge

The couple wanted a drinks feature that suited guests who were not drinking alcohol, younger family members and evening arrivals. They also needed the station to look polished without interrupting the reception layout. The Plan We created a balanced menu with classic milk tea, taro-style milk tea, mango fruit tea and strawberry fruit tea. The topping range was kept focused so guests had choice without slowing down service. The Delivery The bubble tea bar was positioned away from the main dining flow but close enough to stay visible. Staff served during the evening reception window, handled topping requests and kept the area clear as guests moved between music, photos and drinks. The Result The station gave the reception a fun talking point and helped guests who wanted something lighter than fizz or cocktails. The couple did not need to manage the drinks table, stock or cleanup during the evening.
