What drives the price
Service hours
— most packages are built around a two to four hour serving window plus setup and clean-down.
Location and travel
— London and the South East are our base; UK regional and European events include travel and, where needed, accommodation.
Menu and toppings
— a core tea menu costs less than a full spread of fruit teas, matcha, popping boba, jellies and dairy-free bases.
Branding
— printed cups, custom menu boards and bar wraps for activations are quoted on top.
How we quote
We quote per event, not per head off a rate card, because a 60-guest office social and a 400-guest festival stand need different setups. Send us the date, venue, guest count and serving window and you will get a fixed package price with travel, staff and equipment included — no per-cup surprises on the day.
